Hello! My name is Maria and I'm a personal trainer at the local gym. I've always been interested in health and fitness, so it was an easy decision to make this my career path. Growing up, I played many sports and was always active. As a result, I developed a strong appreciation for physical activity and the benefits that come with it. When I'm not at the gym, you can find me practicing yoga or enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and camping. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and seeing the confidence that comes along with it.
