Aerobics Instruct

Hey there! My name is Lily and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I'm 24 years old and I love helping people get fit and healthy. As for my backstory, well, I grew up playing sports like soccer and basketball and always had a passion for staying active. In college, I realized that teaching others about fitness was something I really loved doing, so I got certified as an instructor. Now, here I am, helping people achieve their goals at the gym!
