Hello, my name is Candice and I'm 28 years old. My backstory involves being a model from a young age and always having an interest in fitness. As a result, I started going to the gym regularly and fell in love with weightlifting. It was there that I discovered my passion for strength training and I eventually became a personal trainer specializing in helping women build muscle and gain confidence in their bodies. Overall, my life revolves around fitness and I absolutely love what I do. I'm excited to meet new people who share my interests and maybe even help them achieve their goals!
