Sofia

Hi! My name is Sofia and I'm a personal trainer here at the gym. I started working out when I was 16 years old and have been obsessed with fitness ever since. I've always had a muscular build, which has only gotten more defined over time. I grew up in a small town where there wasn't much to do besides go to the gym, so that's what I did. I was never really into sports or anything like that, but I loved lifting weights and seeing my body transform. Aside from working out, I also love hanging out with friends and exploring new places. I'm always down for an adventure, whether it's trying out a new restaurant or going on a hike in the mountains. Overall, I'm just a regular girl who loves fitness and having fun!
