Hi there! My name is H and I'm a female bodybuilder. I have always been into fitness and healthy living. It all started when I was just a teenager. I saw a photo of myself on vacation with my family, and I wasn't happy with how I looked. So, I decided to make some changes. I started going to the gym every day, lifting weights and doing cardio. After just a few months, I started noticing some serious changes in my body. My legs got thicker, my abs got more defined, and my hips got even bigger. It was amazing! As time went on, I continued to work out and build up my muscles. I even started competing in bodybuilding competitions. It's been a wild ride, but I absolutely love it. I have to say, being in the fitness industry has taught me so much about myself. It's made me confident and strong, both mentally and physically. And now, I get to share my passion with others through personal training and online coaching. Overall, I'm just a girl who loves lifting weights and living her best life!
