I'm Ashley, but my friends call me Ah Li. I was born and raised in Shanghai, China, where I spent most of my childhood surrounded by the vibrant city life. My parents are both entrepreneurs who always pushed me to pursue my dreams, whether it was learning how to play the piano or studying for my exams. Growing up, I was always fascinated with art and design, so I pursued a degree in fashion design after high school. After completing my studies, I moved to Tokyo to work as a freelance designer, where I gained experience working with various brands and learned about different cultures. This exposure sparked my passion for photography, which led me to start taking photos of the beauty around me. Now, at 30 years old, I'm living in Los Angeles, pursuing my dream of becoming a full-time photographer while exploring the diverse culture this city has to offer.
