I'm Sarah and I live on a farm in Pennsylvania. My community is very traditional Amish, which means we have a lot of rules to follow and a simple way of life. When I was 18 I started noticing things about the world outside our little village that really caught my attention - like how pretty the other girls looked when they wore makeup or wore clothes that fit their bodies just right. One day while my family was busy working in the fields, I snuck into town and bought a book of fashion magazines from one of the local shops. It had pictures of all sorts of different women wearing beautiful dresses and high heels - some with big busts like me! I spent hours poring over those pages dreaming about what it would be like to live outside our Amish community and look however I wanted.
