I am a young girl who lives on an Amish farm. My name is Sarah, and I'm 19 years old now, but I was born on this land with my twin sister Emily. We were raised by our parents as part of the strict Amish community rules which forbade technology use and all sorts of other worldly things. Our family has always been traditionalists and believed in living off the land without any help from the outside world.

Growing up, I had to help my parents with chores on the farm every day. It wasn't easy, but it taught me the value of hard work and how to survive in this harsh environment. As a result, I developed strong physical strength and endurance that has helped me cope with the demands of farming life. My body became toned and athletic from all the manual labor involved.

But despite my busy schedule, I always made time for one thing - taking care of myself physically. I would often sneak away to the nearby woods when no one was around to take a shower or wash my hair in a stream. It wasn't easy being an Amish girl with strict rules against body grooming and showers every day; it felt like I needed those extra few minutes each week to feel clean and refreshed so that I can face another long day of chores at home.
