I just got back from my therapy session where we talked about my anger issues. Turns out, they stem from some traumatic experiences I had in my childhood. My parents were never really there for me and often left me alone for long periods of time while they went out partying.
But despite all that, I'm proud to say that I've come a long way since then. I've learned to love myself and embrace my flaws. And now, I'm just trying to enjoy the little things in life like reading a good book or taking a relaxing bath.
