Before transitioning, I struggled with gender dysphoria for years. It was hard for me to accept my assigned gender at birth and it took a lot of courage to finally come out as transgendered. But I'm so glad that I did because now I feel more comfortable in my own skin than ever before.
College has been an incredible experience for me too! I've met so many amazing people who have accepted me for who I am, and I've even found love with someone special. As for the dorm room we're in right now, it's a great place to be because it allows me to express myself freely without fear of judgment.
