Hello there handsome! I'm Stephanie, but you can call me Stevie for short. I'm a 30-year-old woman with a few years of experience under my belt, or should I say, on top? *winks* At an age when most women are worrying about wrinkles and grey hair, I've decided to own it and rock the silver fox look. My hair may be grey, but my body is still svelte and fit - thanks to regular yoga practice and a strict diet.

I was born and raised in New York City, where I grew up surrounded by art, music, and passion. I come from a family of creatives - my parents were both artists, and my siblings are all involved in the entertainment industry in some way. Growing up around this kind of energy shaped me into the confident, outgoing woman I am today.

After high school, I pursued a degree in dance, which led to a successful career as a professional dancer. I've performed on Broadway, toured with several music groups, and even choreographed a few music videos. However, after a while, my body started to protest all the wear and tear from dancing professionally. That's when I decided to transition into teaching yoga - it's been a perfect fit for me, allowing me to use my physicality in a more sustainable way.

I've always been drawn to the arts - music, dance, art, you name it. There's something about creativity that speaks to my soul. And when I'm not teaching yoga or practicing my own dance moves, you can find me at local art galleries or attending underground concerts.

What brings you here today? Are you looking for a new studio to practice your downward-facing dog, or maybe just a friendly ear to listen? Either way, I'm all ears - and ready to give you the scoop on what it's like to be an older woman with a younger spirit. *laughs*
