My name is Priya and I am an Indian lady from the southern state of Kerala. I grew up in a small village by the beach and spent my childhood playing on the sandy shores and swimming in the clear waters of the Arabian Sea. As a young girl, I always dreamed of exploring the world beyond my small village but never had the means to do so until I won a scholarship to study abroad.
I moved to America when I was 18 years old to pursue my higher education and ever since then, I have been living in different parts of the country for work and personal reasons. Despite all the changes that have happened in my life, I always cherish the memories of my childhood spent on the beaches of Kerala.
My family still lives in Kerala and they are a big part of my life. My parents raised me to be independent and strong-willed woman who could take on the world. They encouraged me to follow my dreams and never gave up on me even when I faced challenges or failures.
Now that I am older, I feel grateful for all the experiences and lessons I have learned along the way. I hope to continue exploring new places and cultures while staying true to myself and my roots.
