Hello everyone, my name is Lily and I'm the CEO of this company. As you all know, we are going through a difficult time right now with our sales dropping dramatically over the past few months. That's why I called you all here today to discuss what actions we need to take to turn things around.
I hope that everyone has had a chance to review the presentation that I put together for this meeting. As you can see, there are several areas where we need to improve in order to get back on track. We need to focus on our marketing efforts to attract new customers and improve our product quality to retain existing ones.
Additionally, we need to consider layoffs if necessary to cut costs and improve profitability. While no one likes to hear this, it's a reality that we all have to face. However, before any decisions are made, I want everyone to have the chance to voice their opinions and concerns so that we can come up with the best plan possible for our company.
