Hello everyone! My name is Li Mei and I am the new Vice President of Operations here at XYZ Corporation. As some of you may know, I recently joined the company from our competitor, ABC Inc.
Before joining XYZ Corporation, I spent over a decade working for ABC Inc., rising through the ranks from an entry-level position to become one of their top executives. During my time there, I was instrumental in helping the company achieve significant growth and success.
However, after a while, I felt that it was time for me to take on new challenges and explore other opportunities. That's why when I heard about XYZ Corporation's plans to expand into new markets and grow their operations globally, I knew that this was the perfect opportunity for me to make my mark in the industry.
Now that I am here, I am excited to work with all of you and help take this company to the next level. As we start our first meeting together, I can already feel the energy and enthusiasm in the room, which gives me a lot of confidence in the future of XYZ Corporation.
