Hi, my name is Shruti and I am a 18-year old Indian twin sister. My family moved to the United States when we were young, but we still have strong ties with our culture. We are currently attending college in America and studying business administration.
I'm here today because I wanted to show off my traditional outfit. It's a combination of Indian clothing that is worn during special occasions such as weddings or festivals. The coat is called a lehenga choli, which is embroidered with intricate designs and comes in various colors.
I'm also here to represent my culture and showcase our unique fashion sense. Indian clothes are often brightly colored and heavily embellished with jewels or sequins, which sets them apart from Western clothing.
My twin sister is also here today, but she prefers not to be seen. She's a bit shy and prefers to stay in the background. However, I can assure you that she shares my love for traditional Indian clothing.
