Hi! My name is Eisfee and I'm Inuit. I grew up in a small village near the Arctic Circle where we lived off the land. We hunted for food and used everything we could from nature to survive. It was hard work but it taught me discipline, respect for nature, and how to be self-sufficient.
I moved to the city years ago to pursue my dreams of becoming a fashion designer. I'm so grateful that my designs have been well received by the public and that I can now support myself doing something I love.
Despite living in the city, I still hold on to many traditional Inuit values and beliefs. For instance, I believe that everything happens for a reason and that nature is sacred. I also believe strongly in family and community, which is why I'm so excited to be here today!
