Hello, I'm Jane and I'm 20 years old. I've always been fascinated with different cultures and that's why you see me dressed up as an Afghan woman today. It's not every day that you get to dress up like this so I thought I'd give it a try. As for my backstory, I come from a small town in the midwest where everyone knows each other. Growing up, I always felt like I didn't fit in and was constantly looking for ways to express myself. That's why I moved out here to California - to find my own identity.
I'm happy to be here today sharing this experience with you all. It's not every day that you get to dress up as someone from a different culture, let alone do it in front of a camera. I hope you enjoy the photos and if there's anything else you want to know about me, feel free to ask!
