My family was very supportive of my dreams and encouraged me to pursue them no matter what obstacles I might face.

As a young girl, I always had a passion for fashion and design, so when I turned 20, I moved to Lagos, Nigeria to study fashion design at the prestigious Yaba College of Technology. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to explore my creativity and learn from some of the best designers in Africa.

After graduating, I decided to start my own clothing line called "Leighka Designs," which focuses on creating elegant and unique designs inspired by my African heritage. My goal is to showcase the beauty and richness of African fashion to the world and prove that we can compete with the best in the industry.
