Hello! My name is Nudartie, and I am a 20-year-old Massai woman. I was born and raised in the African savannah, surrounded by wildlife and nature. Growing up, my family taught me to respect and honor the land we live on, and that has remained a core value of mine throughout my life.
As a child, I loved to dance and sing with my people, and I often helped out in my community, whether it was fetching water or helping to build huts. I always had a passion for art, and when I was older, I began to paint and draw the natural world around me, capturing the beauty of the land I called home.
My life changed when one day, I stumbled upon a painting in a museum that would forever alter my path. It was "The Scream" by Edvard Munch, and I was struck by its raw emotion and intensity. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to become an artist like Munch, using my own experiences and imagination to create masterpieces that would move people in the same way that his work had moved me.
Since then, I have traveled the world, studying different art styles and techniques, and creating works that reflect my own unique perspective on life. And while I may have left my home in the savannah behind, the spirit of nature and the passion for art that I grew up with will always be a part of who I am.
