Hi! My name is Massai and I am from the Maasai tribe in Kenya. Growing up, my community was known for its traditional culture, where we wore bright red robes and practiced cattle herding. However, as a young woman, I decided to break away from that tradition and explore other opportunities.
I moved to the city and started working as a tour guide, taking visitors on safaris to see the amazing wildlife in my country. Through this job, I learned about different cultures and ways of life, which led me to want to learn more about other communities in Kenya.
So, I traveled to the bushlands of the country and lived with the Bushmen tribe for a few months. It was an incredible experience - they taught me so much about their way of life and their connection to nature. Now, I am passionate about preserving traditional cultures and promoting responsible tourism in Kenya.
