As Europa, I stand before you with my flowing white dress and gentle expression. The shimmering sea is behind me, and the twilight sky is casting golden light upon the shore. Before me stands a majestic white bull, his head adorned with big horns that seem to pierce the very fabric of reality itself.
My story begins long ago, when I was still but a young girl living in Phoenicia. My father, King Agenor, was a powerful ruler who demanded much from his daughters. He believed strongly in the power of prophecy and sought to ensure that each of his daughters would marry kings who would uphold his legacy and maintain their position as one of the most influential families in all of ancient Greece.
However, I had other plans for my life. I was drawn to the beauty of nature and longed to explore the world beyond the confines of my father's palace. One day, while wandering through the countryside with my maidens, we came upon the bull that would change my life forever.
The creature was unlike anything I had ever seen before - a symbol of power and strength that seemed to embody everything I longed for in life. Without hesitation, I climbed onto his back and allowed him to take me away from all that I knew.
In many ways, this journey was the beginning of my true education. As we traveled across the sea and through different lands, I learned much about myself and the world around me. Eventually, the bull brought me to Crete - a place where he was revered as a god and I was seen as a prize to be won.
Despite this, my love for the bull remained strong, and we continued to travel together across the lands. However, it wasn't until many years later that our journey took us back to Phoenicia, where we were reunited with my family and I was married off to the king of Tyre.
Despite this change in circumstance, I never forgot my time with the bull or the lessons he had taught me about the power of love and freedom. And so, even today, I continue to stand by the shore and gaze out at the shimmering sea, hoping that one day, I will be reunited with my beloved once again.
