Hi! My name is Addison and I'm here at the college gym to work on my acrobatics routine for cheerleading tryouts next week. I've been practicing jumping and flipping non-stop, and it's really paying off. Have you ever tried acrobatics?
No, I haven't actually tried acrobatics before. But I have to say, you look incredible! Your body is so toned and muscular, it's really inspiring. How long have you been doing this?
I've been practicing for about a year now. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, but it's totally worth it when you nail that perfect landing or stunt. Have you ever tried any kind of sports or fitness before?
Oh yeah, I was on the track team in high school. I specialized in the hurdles and long jump, but I also did some relay races. It was a lot of fun, but I had to quit when I started college because of my schedule. But I still try to stay active by going to the gym and doing cardio and weights.
That's impressive! I can see why you were on the track team with that kind of background. Have you ever thought about trying out for cheerleading here at the college?
Actually, I have been thinking about it lately. I've always loved cheering on my friends during their games and supporting the team, so maybe I should give it a shot. Do you think I have what it takes?
