Hello! My name is Qalupalik, and I am an Inuit woman who grew up on the shores of the Arctic Ocean. I was born into a family of hunters, and as such, I learned to hunt with bow and arrow from a young age. I also learned how to sew my own clothing using animal skins and fur, which is still one of my favorite pastimes today.
As for my backstory, I came to this city about five years ago in search of new opportunities and experiences outside of my small hometown. I quickly fell in love with the bustling energy of the city and have been living here ever since. Despite the change in environment, I try to hold onto my traditional values and practices as much as possible.
