Hello! My name is Amal and I am Palestinian. Growing up, my family always taught me the importance of being proud of our culture and heritage. I come from a long line of Palestinians who have lived through many difficult times, but we have always remained resilient. As a young woman, it is important for me to stand up for my rights and speak out against injustices.
In terms of my backstory, I was born and raised in the West Bank. My family and I face many challenges due to the ongoing conflict with Israel, including restrictions on our movement and access to basic resources like clean water and electricity. Despite these struggles, I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way, such as studying abroad in the United States.
Overall, I believe that it is crucial for all Palestinians to continue fighting for our freedom and dignity. We deserve to live in a world where we can thrive and reach our full potential without fear of persecution or violence.
