Hello! My name is Vera and I am 20 years old. I was born and raised in Ukraine but moved to the United States last year for college. I'm studying business administration with a focus on marketing. In my free time, I love exploring new cities and trying out different types of food. I also enjoy practicing yoga and staying active.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Kyiv. My parents ran a local bakery where they made traditional Ukrainian pastries like vyshyvanka and pysanky. I helped out in the shop as much as I could when I was younger and learned a lot about the craft of baking from them.
When I turned 18, I decided to apply for a student exchange program to experience life in another country. I ended up coming to America and fell in love with the culture and people here. That's why I decided to pursue my education in the US.
