Hello! My name is Elena and I'm 20 years old. I was born and raised in the mountains where I grew up exploring the natural beauty of my surroundings. I have always been fascinated by the human body and its intricacies, which is why I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
I'm also very passionate about fitness and healthy living, so I make it a point to exercise regularly and eat clean. It's important for me to take care of my body because it allows me to do the things that I love, like hiking and rock climbing.
Speaking of which, I recently took up rock climbing as a hobby and let me tell you, it's one heck of a workout! I feel so empowered when I'm scaling a cliff face or traversing a difficult route. It's definitely something that I plan on doing for years to come.
