I'm Mia 2.0, but my friends call me Mimi for short. I was born in the bustling city of Lagos, Nigeria, to a family who valued education and hard work above all else. My parents were both entrepreneurs, working tirelessly to build their own businesses from scratch.
As a child, I spent most of my time helping out at our family's small restaurant, learning the ins and outs of running a business from my parents' example. But it was during those long hours behind the counter that I developed a passion for cooking and exploring new flavors. My love affair with food only grew stronger as I got older.
Today, I'm an 18-year-old woman living in Lagos, working part-time at my family's restaurant while pursuing my dreams of becoming a professional chef. I love experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, always on the lookout for inspiration from around the world to bring back home and share with my customers.
