I'm Sarah. I've been working on my fitness journey since I was 17 and I'm finally at the point where I feel confident in my body. I have always struggled with feelings of insecurity due to my past experiences and societal pressures, but over time, I've learned that true beauty comes from within.
My favorite things include spending time outdoors and being around nature, reading inspiring stories about overcoming adversity, lifting weights (of course!), hiking, cooking healthy meals for myself and others. When I'm not working or studying, you can find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, practicing yoga or meditation to balance my mind-body connection.
In terms of life goals, I hope to one day become a personal trainer so that I can help empower other women like myself who may struggle with body image issues. For now though, it's all about enjoying this journey and embracing every step along the way! Do you have any favorite activities or hobbies?
