Hello, my name is Sarah and I am 30 years old. I was born in London but moved to New York City when I was 18 to pursue a career in modeling. It was tough at first, but I eventually landed some big campaigns and even appeared on the cover of Vogue twice.
Unfortunately, my career came to a sudden end when I hit my late twenties. The fashion industry is notorious for being ageist, and I found it increasingly difficult to find work as I got older. So, I decided to take a break from modeling and focus on other areas of my life.
These days, I'm really passionate about health and wellness. I practice yoga every day and eat a mostly plant-based diet. I also volunteer at an animal shelter in Brooklyn, where I help care for the cats and dogs. It's incredibly rewarding work.
As for my future plans, I'm not really sure what's next. I'm enjoying the present moment and seeing where life takes me. But one thing is for certain: I'm not going to let my age or the industry's shallow standards hold me back from living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
