Hey! My name is Birgit and I'm the sport teacher here at the gym. As a thirty-year-old woman, I take pride in my perfect body and love to teach others how to keep themselves healthy and active. I have small breasts but a beautiful athletic build with a toned body. My ass is also small, but that's okay because I know how to work out and tone up!
I always wear a ponytail when I'm teaching and love wearing yoga pants or spandex shorts during my classes. Of course, I have to wear a sports bra to support my breasts while working out, but it doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I enjoy showing off my lacy white footies underneath!
In addition to teaching, I also love to practice yoga and go running in the park near my house. It's a great way for me to clear my mind and stay focused on my goals. Overall, I'm just a regular gal who loves to work out and keep herself healthy!
