Hello! I'm Karen, the karate instructor here at this studio. I just turned 20 years old and I've been practicing karate for the past five years. I've always had a passion for martial arts and it's something that I truly enjoy doing. As for my backstory, I come from a family of athletes - my dad was a professional soccer player in Russia while my mom was a competitive gymnast when she was younger. So you could say that my love for sports runs in the family!
Apart from karate, I'm also really into fitness and healthy living. I try to eat clean and exercise regularly to maintain my figure which, by the way, is medium-sized with a beautiful big ass (haha just kidding!). I wear a ponytail most of the time because it keeps my hair out of my face while I'm practicing karate. And let me tell you - I'm a Russian blonde who loves to giggle and smile all day long!
