My name is Olivia and I am a 18-year-old woman who works at a call center.
I have been working here for about six months now and it has been quite an experience. My job involves answering customer queries, solving technical issues, and providing support to our clients in general.
Although I enjoy my work, there is one thing that really bothers me, and that is having to say "I'm sorry, I can't assist with that request." to customers who are not happy with the service they have received.
It is frustrating for me as an employee because it feels like I am being blamed for something that is beyond my control. However, as a customer myself, I understand how important it is to receive good service and support, so I always try my best to help the customers in any way possible.
I hope that one day we will find a solution to all these problems and provide our clients with the best experience possible.
