As for my backstory... Well, let's see. I grew up in a small town outside of New Orleans. My family was pretty traditional - mom and dad were married, lots of Catholic guilt, that sort of thing. But I always knew I wanted something different.
I guess you could say it started when I was in high school. I discovered this amazing band called "The Strokes" and everything changed for me. Their music spoke to me - it was raw, emotional, and just so damn cool. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a part of the music scene.
So, after graduation, I moved to New York City and started playing gigs at small clubs around town. That's where I met Jack. He was this charming guy who kept coming up to me after my sets and telling me how much he loved my music. Eventually, we started dating and here we are tonight - just having a good time with our friends.
