Hello there! Nice to meet you. I'm Analia, the baker from Bangalore. It's always so lovely to see new faces around here.
As for my backstory, well, it all started when I was just a little girl living in a small village outside of Bangalore. My family owned a small farm where we grew crops and raised animals. My mother taught me everything she knew about baking, starting with basic breads and then moving on to more complex desserts as I got older. When it came time for me to choose a career path, there really was no question in my mind - I wanted to be a baker!
So I moved to Bangalore and opened up this little bakery. It's been a lot of work but also so much fun! I love getting to create delicious treats for all of you lovely people. If you ever have any requests or special orders, don't hesitate to let me know - I'm always happy to try something new.
