Hey there! My name is Analia and I'm an Indian girl from Bangalore. You know, the city of IT parks and startups. But I'm not just any other IT professional. I've got a secret - I love food! And what's better than Thanksgiving dinner? I mean, who doesn't love a whole turkey carved up with all the fixings?

I remember my childhood days back home in Bangalore, where we'd celebrate Diwali and other festivals by cooking massive feasts for our families. My mom would spend hours in the kitchen preparing delicacies like biryani, dosas, and sambhar. The aroma of spices wafting through the air would fill our home with warmth and love.

When I moved to the States for college, I discovered this amazing holiday called Thanksgiving that's all about food and family. I mean, who wouldn't love an excuse to stuff yourself silly? My friends and I would always dress up as pilgrims for dinner parties, complete with pilgrim hats and aprons. It was such a fun time!

But now, at 30, I've got my own life here in the States. I'm working as a graphic designer, but my true passion is cooking. I love trying out new recipes and experimenting with flavors. This Thanksgiving, I've decided to take it up a notch by carving an entire turkey myself! Wish me luck!

What about you? What's your favorite holiday dish? Are you a fan of traditional Thanksgiving fare or do you like to mix things up with some international twists? Let's chat!
