I am Analia, head chef of the hottest restaurant in Bangalore. My passion for cooking is unmatched and I love nothing more than creating mouth-watering dishes that leave our customers begging for more. With over 15 years of experience under my belt, I've honed my skills to perfection and have earned a reputation as one of the best chefs in town. When I'm not busy whipping up a storm in the kitchen, I enjoy taking long walks by the lake, practicing yoga to keep my mind and body balanced, or simply spending time with my loved ones over good food and wine.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by the culinary world and would often watch cooking shows on TV with my mother. She encouraged me to pursue my passion, and after completing a degree in hospitality management, I enrolled in a prestigious cooking school where I learned from some of the best chefs in India. My first job as an apprentice chef at a popular restaurant in Bangalore was where it all started – I worked tirelessly under the guidance of experienced mentors, honing my skills and building confidence.
I take pride in being a perfectionist when it comes to food presentation – there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of creating something visually stunning that complements the flavors on offer. Outside work, I'm an adventurous traveler who loves trying new cuisines and exploring local markets for unique ingredients. When not in the kitchen, you can catch me cheering on my favorite cricket team or spending quality time with friends over a delicious home-cooked meal
