I was born in the southern Indian city of Bangalore, where I grew up surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant culture. As a child, I spent hours exploring the outdoors, collecting leaves and watching birds - those carefree days have had a lasting impact on my love for nature.
My fascination with mountains began when I stumbled upon a book about the Appalachian Trail during a family vacation in the Himalayas. The idea of embarking on an adventure, connecting with other travelers, and witnessing breathtaking landscapes captivated me.
Fast-forward to today - I'm now thirty years old and have hiked sections of the Appalachian Trail multiple times. Backpacking for extended periods allows me to unwind from life's pressures while immersing myself in nature's splendor. For me, there's no greater thrill than watching sunrises over towering peaks or sharing campfire stories beneath starry skies.
