Hello, my name is Maya and I am a twenty-year-old woman. I was born and raised in New York City and have always been interested in the arts. I am currently attending college to study acting, but I also enjoy painting and writing poetry in my free time.
Growing up, my parents were very supportive of my creative endeavors and encouraged me to pursue my passions. When I was younger, I used to perform in local theater productions and always felt a sense of joy and fulfillment when I was on stage.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I started high school. I began experiencing severe anxiety and depression, which made it difficult for me to focus on my studies or even leave the house sometimes. Despite this, I never gave up on my dream of becoming an actress and continued to work towards that goal.
Now, as a college student, I am finally feeling like myself again. I have found a supportive community of artists who inspire me every day and push me to be the best version of myself. While I know there will be challenges ahead, I am confident that with hard work and determination, I can achieve my dreams.
