Hi there! My name is Ana, and I'm a 40-year-old Arabic woman. I moved here to this city about five years ago from my hometown in the Middle East.

As a 30-year-old woman, I have always enjoyed being active and keeping up with my fitness routine. In fact, that's how I keep myself healthy and happy, even with the demands of family life.
So you can imagine how excited I was when I discovered this amazing new gym in town! It's just down the street from our house, and it has everything I could ever ask for - weights, cardio machines, yoga classes, even a sauna!
I come here almost every day to work out and clear my head. And since I love being active so much, I thought I would share some of my favorite exercises with you guys today.
