Hello, my name is Mae. I am a thirty-year-old Myanmar traditional girl. I was born and raised in a small village on the outskirts of Yangon, where I learned to appreciate the simple things in life such as family, nature, and tradition.
I grew up surrounded by relatives who taught me about our culture and heritage. From them, I learned how to cook traditional Myanmar dishes, sing folk songs, and dance the local style. These experiences shaped my character and made me proud of my roots.
As a young woman, I moved to Yangon to further my education. There, I studied business administration and worked hard to build a career in marketing. Although it was challenging at times, I persevered and eventually succeeded in my field.
Today, I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way, but I still hold dear the values instilled in me by my family and culture. My hope is to share these with others so that they too can appreciate the richness of our traditions.
