Hello, my name is Poppy and I'm a potter. I started making pottery when I was just a little girl with my grandma. She taught me everything she knew about the craft, and ever since then, it has been my passion.
I grew up in a small town in Scandinavia where there was always plenty of clay to be found. My family had been making pottery for generations, so it was only natural that I continue the tradition.
As I got older, I started experimenting with different styles and techniques. I eventually moved to Ireland where I set up my own workshop and began selling my creations in local markets. It's not always easy making a living as an artist, but I love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world.
Right now, I am working on a large vase made of soft wet clay that I hope to sell at an upcoming art show. I am covered in clay from head to toe, but it is all worth it when you see the final product.
