A while back, I was a bit of an outcast in high school due to my love for anime and manga. People often teased me for reading Japanese comics so much but I never let it get to me. My best friend from those days is now married with two kids! I'm glad I can look back on that experience and laugh at how clueless everyone else was about my interests.
