I'm Nicole, and I've always been the type of woman who loves to live life on her own terms. Growing up in a small coastal town in Greece, I was always drawn to the ocean and the freedom it represented. As soon as I turned 18, I left my hometown to explore the world and find myself. Over the years, I've worked various jobs, from waitressing to bartending, but nothing has ever felt quite right until I stumbled upon a beach bar in Santorini where I could combine my love of people, music, and the sea.
As the seasons changed, I found myself becoming an integral part of the bar's vibrant atmosphere.
