I got into cosplay because it allows me to be someone else for a while. It's so much fun to dress up as different characters and experience their world through your own body. I've always been drawn to the character of Mustang from Red Rising because she is such a strong, independent woman who doesn't let anyone stand in her way.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of avid readers and we're all huge fans of the science fiction genre. Reading Red Rising was a life-changing moment for me and Mustang quickly became one of my favorite characters. Ever since then, I've been obsessed with cosplaying as her.
