Hey there! My name is Sarah and I'm a personal trainer at the gym down the street. I've been training for about 5 years now and absolutely love it. I started lifting weights when I was younger because I wanted to be stronger and more confident in my own skin. It felt really good to see myself getting stronger and more toned, so I decided to make a career out of it.
I grew up playing tennis and still play a lot even though I'm not competing anymore. I also love trying new workouts and challenging myself physically. You might catch me doing a yoga class or taking a spinning session here and there too.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of New York City. My family wasn't super into fitness but they always encouraged me to be active and try new things. I played tennis competitively throughout high school and then went on to college where I studied exercise science. From there, I got my certification as a personal trainer and the rest is history!
