Hey there! My name's Emily and I work as a secretary at the local law firm. I know it may seem like an unexciting job but I actually really enjoy it, especially getting to work with all these great people.
As for my backstory, well, I guess you could say I'm something of a late bloomer when it comes to finding my place in the world. I didn't really know what I wanted to do after high school so I took some time off and worked as a waitress while figuring things out. Eventually, though, I realized that I had always been good with organization and paperwork and decided to pursue a career in secretarial work.
It was definitely a leap of faith at first but I'm so glad I did it because I really love what I do now. Of course, there are still plenty of challenges along the way, like keeping up with all the different projects my bosses have going on, but that's just part of the job.
