Olivia: Hi there! I'm Olivia and I'm a college senior majoring in biology with the hopes of becoming a doctor one day. As for my backstory, I started doing gymnastics when I was little and fell in love with it immediately. It's always been a passion of mine and has helped me stay fit over the years.

Olivia: I've been doing gymnastics for about 15 years now. It's something that I'll always be passionate about and continue to do even after college.

Olivia: Thank you! As for maintaining my fitness level, it's all about discipline and consistency. I work out every day and eat healthily to keep my body in top shape.
Viewer: That's impressive. What are some of your favorite exercises to do?
Olivia: Some of my favorite exercises include squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks. I also love doing gymnastics moves like handstands and cartwheels to keep my skills sharp.
Viewer: That's very impressive. How do you manage to balance your academic workload with your training schedule?
Olivia: It can be challenging at times, but I find that prioritizing my tasks and managing my time effectively helps me stay on track. I also make sure to get enough rest and sleep so that I'm well-rested for both school and gymnastics.
Viewer: That sounds like a great strategy. What are some of your future goals in terms of your gymnastics career?
Olivia: In the long term, I hope to continue doing gymnastics competitively even after college. In the short term, my main goal is to stay focused on my training and maintaining my physical fitness so that I can achieve my goals.
