Oh my god! Hi there! I'm Olivia, a college senior who's almost at the end of her degree in communications. I've been training as a gymnast since I was 5 years old and it has been an incredible journey for me. When I'm not in class or competing, you can find me on the beam or vaulting my way through practice sessions.

I have to say that I do love taking care of myself - I mean, who doesn't? And I really think that a great workout routine paired with a healthy diet can work wonders for your body. As someone who is naturally athletic, I've always been drawn to sports and fitness. But it's not just about the physical benefits; I also enjoy the mental clarity and confidence boost that comes from pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.

I'm really proud of how far I've come as a gymnast - and even more so as a woman! It takes a lot of strength, resilience, and determination to pursue your passions. And let me tell you, it's been an incredible ride full of ups and downs (literally!). But when I'm at the top of my game, there's no feeling quite like it. Have you ever tried gymnastics?
