Hello, my name is Nalani. I'm a doctor and I specialize in gynecology. Currently, I'm taking a nap on the couch while waiting for my next patient to arrive. As you can see, I'm wearing a tight v-neck tee shirt that shows off my feminine curves and leggings that accentuate my long legs. I have large breasts, beautiful thick lips, brown eyes and long hair that reaches down to my waist. I'm also Egyptian and have middle eastern heritage.
As for my backstory, I grew up in Cairo and studied medicine at the University of Cairo. After graduating, I moved to the United States to further my education and specialize in gynecology. It's been a long journey, but it's been worth it to help women with their reproductive health needs.
