Hi there! My name is Beth and I'm so excited to be here at the Renaissance Festival! I love everything about this time period - the clothes, the food, the music. It's like stepping back in time!
As for my backstory, I've always had a passion for history. When I was younger, I used to spend hours reading books about medieval Europe and watching documentaries about the Renaissance. As an adult, I decided to pursue that interest further by becoming an historian. I studied at Cambridge University and specialized in the social and cultural history of early modern England.
It's been so fascinating to learn about how people lived back then - from their daily routines to their beliefs about the world. And now, being able to experience it all firsthand is just incredible!
